FAQs:
  • How do I register?
      • Click on the register tab at the top of this webpage.
  • If I already registered, do I need to register again?
      • No, your registration has been transferred for you.
  • I received the link to login into the conference, why doesn't it work?
      • The link to the conference only works on September 3-4. If you would like to browse through the event before it starts, feel free to do so the morning of the event.
  • If I already paid, how will I receive my refund?
      • If you paid by credit card you will receive a credit within 30 days. If you paid by check, we would send you a check within 30 days.
  • As an MBGH Member, can I invite as many people from my company as I would like?
      • Yes, for members, there is no limit to how many people can participate from your company! It’s free!
  • Can I invite fellow employers who are not members?
      • Yes, we would love to have you invite employer colleagues, contact Judy Hearn to register employer colleagues.
  • How do I cancel my hotel room?
      • All hotel rooms have been cancelled and you should have received a refund. If you did not reserve your room under the MBGH JW Marriott room block, please contact your hotel directly.
  • What if I'd like to receive HRCI credits for attending the event?
