Employer Members: MBGH is offering complimentary registration for one HR benefits professional per member company! To receive this offer, 2026 membership dues must be paid in full. (Learn about MBGH membership here.)
 

Employers (members and non-members): Registration is still open!

Pre-conference: Do not miss this year's workshop and networking activities. Hold Monday, May 4th, 2026, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, for a special pre-conference employer-only interactive workshop, dinner and activity for health benefits professionals from member companies and other invited employers. 

Workshop - Constructing the Blueprint: Using Data to Bend the High-Cost Claims Curve: The workshop will take place from 1 to 3 PM, View Pre-Conference Agenda. 

Activities - Following the workshop, join us for a Chicago riverboat architecture tour (4 to 5:30 PM) and dinner (6 to 8 PM). 

Registration for these activities are included in the Annual Conference registration process. Available to HR/benefits professionals only.


All vendor (non-HR benefits professional) registrations have paused and a waitlist has started. Click here to add yourself to the waitlist. On-site registration is not available.

Vendor registration terms and limits:

  • MBGH partner members: Registration has paused. Up to 2 registrations per company. 
  • Non-member vendors: Registration has paused. Up to 1 registration per company. 
  • Waitlisted individuals will be notified on April 29th of their status.

Registration Key

  • Employer Member = HR Benefits Professional. Organization is an MBGH Member.
  • Partner Member = Non-HR Benefits Professional. Organization is an MBGH Member. (limit 2 passes per company) 
  • Employer Non-Member = HR Professional who manages their population's health benefits or wellness programs. Consultants and sales reps are not considered employers for this registration. Organization is not a member.
  • Other Non-Member = Non-HR Benefits Professional. Organization is not a member. (limit 1 pass per company)
